Nature is filled with many exotic plants.  Many of these plants have seeds which contain emollient and moisturizing oils.  We offer many of these amazing exotic oils for you to add to your products.

We have listed our exotic oils below.  These materials can be added to ANY of our products EXCEPT for the Body Mist, both Toners & Balancing Tonic.  You will be able to choose one or more of these  "Exotic Oils" on the product order form.

The Ingredient List Name after each description are what you need to add to the product ingredient list on your label.  Each product page has the full ingredient list for that product and tells you where to add the goodie ingredient names.  These exotic oils have a very low additional per unit charge as follows:

Borage Oil

Borage is a wildflower commonly called the starflower. It is a natural oil that not only restores moisture and smoothness to dry skin but can also provide soothing relief.

Evening Primrose Oil

Evening primrose oil is packed with Omega-6 fatty acids to give you skin the nourishment it needs.  It is a wonderful moisturizer.

Organic Camellia Oil

Contrary to the name, this material is the oil pressed from the seed of the green tea plant.  This oil is rich in oleic acid and vitamins A, B, D and E as well as nourishing Omega 3, 6 and 9. The molecular weight of the oil is an almost identical match for skin, allowing it to absorb quickly and thoroughly.  It can soften hair and restore it’s natural shine.

Avocado Oil

Avocado oil is one of the riches sources of Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9 fatty acids.  It is also high in Vitamins B and E.  It is extremely good at softening and moisturizing the skin.  For hair, it adds softness and shine.

Grapeseed Oil

This oil is rich in Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 fatty acids to nourish and moisturize your skin and hair.  This oil is high in antioxidants and Vitamins C, D, and E all which benefit the skin and hair.

Ingredient List Name:  Vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil

Castor oil

Castor oil comes from pressing the oil out of the seeds of the castor plant.  It is a thick, heavy oil that softens, soothes, and moisturized skin and scalp.  It softens and moisturizes hair and is often seen in pre-shave oils because it can soften the beard.

Olive Oil

Olive oil is high in Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 fatty acids.  It is packed with anti-aging antioxidants and hydrating squalene, making it superb for hair, skin, and nails. It is an intense moisturizer for dry skin.  Olive oil has been used as a hair treatment since ancient Egyptian times for shiny, luxurious locks.

Jojoba Oil

Jojoba oil is actually a liquid wax that closely resembles some of our natural skin oils so it is a wonderful natural skin conditioner.  Jojoba oil helps make hair follicles healthier while smoothing and adding shine for beautiful hair.

Lanolin Oil

Lanolin oil is the liquid part of Lanolin from sheep wool.  Lanolin oil gives long lasting moisturization – longer than any vegetable oil.  It is an intense moisturizer for dry skin and hair.

Argan Oil

Derived from the kernels of the Argan tree, indigenous only to southwestern Morocco, Argan oil, also known as Moroccan oil, is a hydrating oil comprised of essential fatty acids, including Omega oils, Vitamin E, and a powerful antioxidant. These components of Argan oil serve as emollients, attracting and retaining hydration in the skin, and soothing the skin.  Argan oil makes the hair smoother, silkier, and shinier.

Ximenia Oil

Women and girls in Southern Africa use Ximenia oil to soften their skin and condition their hair. It is particularly popular as a massage treatment. The oil helps to preserve the integrity of the cell wall and has a restructuring effect and has an anti aging effect on the skin. Its long chain fatty acids bring a good substantivity and is nourishing and moisturizing, while Ximenia oil softens and revitalizes the skin naturally.  Ximenia oil conditions the scalp and nourishes the hair – especially dry/damaged hair. it is highly emollient and softens the skin.

Marula Oil

Marula Oil is an all-natural, cold pressed, highly nutritious, light feeling oil. It is naturally soothing, fast-absorbing and suitable for all skin and hair types. Marula Oil comes from drought resistant trees, indigenous to Southern Africa and Madagascar.  Marula Oil is rich in essential fatty acids Omega 9 – oleic and Omega 6 – linoleic that deeply hydrate and soothes while nourishing, moisturizing and improving skin elasticity.

Baobab Oil

Baobab oil is extracted from the the fruit that blooms on baobab trees, some of which can live a thousand years or more. The trees are native to Africa and have thick trunks with thin branches. It is very rich in nutrients – contains all three omega fatty acids: omega 3, 6 and 9, as well as containing some rare fatty acids and a host of vitamins including vitamins A, D, E and K.   Baobab oil is a light feeling oil that nourishes dry and damaged skin while combating early signs of aging.  It nourishes dry hair, soothes the scalp, and protects the hair from environmental aggressors.

Rosehip Seed Oil

Rosehip seed oil is harvested from the seeds of rose bushes predominately grown in Chile, and is full of vitamins, antioxidants and essential fatty acids.  Rosehip seed oil is used for both skin and hair.  On skin, it tones and reduces the appearance of wrinkles as well as moisturizing.  The main component of rosehip seed oil is all-trans retinoic acid, which is a natural precursor to vitamin A. The high amount of tretinoin is responsible for making rosehip one of the best oils for restoring depleted skin.  Additionally, the vitamin C in rosehip oil naturally brightens and gives your skin a healthy glow.  On hair and scalp, it moisturizes the hair while soothing the scalp.  It is also a natural anti-frizz treatment for dry hair.

Moringa Oil

Moringa oil comes from the seeds of the Moringa oleifera tree, a fast growing leafy tree species native to the Himalayas.  Moringa oil is among the most desired oils in the formulation of skin care products and cosmetics, chosen for its many antioxidants, high levels of Vitamins B & C,  and documented skin-rejuvenating properties.  These antioxidants do wonders for aging and nutrient-depleted skin which makes it perfect for anti-aging products..  Moringa oil penetrates deeply into the skin, delivering vital nutrients and also helping the skin and hair retain moisture.

Tamanu Oil

Tamanu oil originates from a nut grown from the Ati tree in the South Pacific called the tamanu nut.  Tamanu oil was considered a sacred gift of nature by the ancient Polynesians.  It has been used for hundreds of years for all skin conditions.  The oil is absorbed leaving the skin feeling smooth, plump and soft without a greasy residue. It is a wonderful moisturizer for both skin and hair.

Raspberry Seed Oil

Raspberry seed oil is a luxurious, sweet and attractive sounding oil that offers moisturizing and antioxidant benefits for skin. Furthermore, raspberry seed oil offers anti-aging benefits of improving the appearance of skin elasticity, suppleness and flexibility, while softening and smoothing the look of wrinkles, fine lines and sagging skin.  Raspberry seed oil is also packed with folic acid also known as vitamin B. Folic acid is essential for the maintenance of healthy skin & scalp and strong healthy hair.

Macadamia Nut Oil

Macadamia nut oil is cold pressed from the nuts of the macadamia nut tree, which is predominately found in Hawaii where the nut is actually allowed to fall from the tree and then husked. It is used in cosmetics and skin care because it is nutritive, reconstructive, and hydrating. Squalene is a naturally occurring antioxidant in Macadamia nut oil that helps to reduce the oxidative stress on our skin and scalp by preventing loss of moisture. The fatty acid content is the real winner for skin and hair. Those fatty acids help to add shine, strengthen, and nourish the hair follicles, which in turn fight off hair loss and brittle strands.  Macadamia oil is great for calming the hair of frizz, tangles, and dullness. Black Seed Oil

Black Seed Oil (also often called Black Cumin Oil, Black Coriander Oil, or simply Black Oil) comes from the Nigella Sativa plant that is native to Asia. Its recorded use dates back to ancient Egyptian times, with Cleopatra reportedly using it to achieve her beautiful complexion and lustrous, shiny hair.  Full of vitamins and other nutrients, Black Cumin Seed Oil moisturizes and soothes the skin.  It conditions, softens and nourishes the hair.

Hemp Seed Oil

Hemp oil is the oil extracted from seeds of the Cannabis plant. That is why, it is also called hempseed oil, as it taken solely from the seeds.  Hemp seed oil DOES NOT contain THC, the active ingredient in marijuana.  It does, however, have Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids.  These fatty acids provide your skin and hair with much needed nutrients and moisturization.  This makes it an effective moisturizer and protectant for skin. It increases the elasticity of the skin and brings new life to dry, tired or dehydrated skin.

Tea Tree Oil

Flaxseed Oil

Flaxseed oil is very high in Omega-e fatty acids.  These fatty acids nourish hair follicles encouraging hair that is both strong and shiny.  These fatty acids are also an important component of skin cells and are necessary to maintain healthy skin.  Flaxseed oil is a great skin moisturizer to give you a smooth, clear and even complexion.

Babassu Oil

Babassu Oil is obtained from the cold pressing of kernels from the nuts of Orbignya oleifera, a tree that grows in the savanna or Cerrado region of central Brazil. Babassu Oil has strong moisturizing properties, hydrating the skin and decreasing transepidermal water loss to improve skin smoothness, improve the lipid barrier of the skin and enhance moisture retention.  Babassu oil contains a high amount of vitamin E and other antioxidants which help the hair repair damage from everyday toxins and stressors.

Amla oil

Amla oil is also known as Indian gooseberry oil.  It is cold-pressed extracted from the seed of the Emblica officinalis plant. Amla oil is rich in antioxidants including flavonoids and polyphenols. It is widely used in Ayurveda and used in anti-aging products due to its antioxidant properties. Amla oil helps to nourish the hair and moisturize the scalp.  It absorbs well into skin and has good moisturizing and water-retaining properties.

Brazil Nut Oil

Brazil Nut Oil is harvested by hand from a tree native to South America and cold pressed to create a viscous liquid that is clear, pale yellow to light brown in color with a bland, characteristically nutty odor. This oil is rich in oleic and linoleic acid, vitamin E and selenium. Brazil nut oiul helps in making hair strands healthy and treating hair that is brittle and prone to breakage.  It is highly moisturizing and gives skin a healthy glow.  It improves skin suppleness and is great for anti-aging skincare products.

Black Castor Oil

Black Castor Oil is also known as Jamaican Black Castor Oil.  It is a dark, rich oil that is used as a conditioning agent in a wide range of Personal Care applications. Kalahari Melon Oil

The miracle of the kalahari melon is its ability to withstand the unrelenting heat and drought conditions offered by the Kalahari desert. Chia Seed Oil
